HGV 1 Trampers

Driving Force Recruitment is hiring Class 1 Tramper drivers on behalf of a well-established haulage client based in Appleton Thon. This is ongoing work with regular routes.

What You'll Earn

• £16 - £17.93 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) — PAYE
• £25 night out allowance per night
• Consistent, ongoing hours

What the Role Looks Like

• General haulage tramping — out Monday, back Friday
• Regular, familiar routes — less stress, more miles
• Immediate start available
• Weekend availability required occasionally

Your Office for the Week

You'll be getting behind the wheel of a modern, well-maintained truck, latest kit, comfortable sleeper berths, and trucks that are properly looked after.

What You'll Need

• Valid Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence with no more than 6 points
• Digital tachograph card
• Driver CPC card
• Minimum 2 years' Class 1 experience
• Good geographical knowledge
• A flexible, can-do attitude
• No DR10 or IN10 endorsements — this is a firm requirement
