Job description
Driving Force Recruitment are looking for Class 2 drivers to work out of Bury.
Just passed your Class 2? Looking for your first driving role? We have a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified Class 2 drivers based in Bury, with starts available mid-August!
Location: Bury
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monday to Friday shifts
- Start times around 5:00am–6:00am
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Delivering frozen and ambient goods to schools, colleges, universities and other customers
- Vehicles are pre-loaded on pallets
- Picking customer orders from pallets at each delivery point
- Up to 18 drops per day
- Heavy lifting involved
- Completing delivery paperwork
- Recording and monitoring product & vehicle temperatures
Full Training Provided
- You'll receive at least 2 weeks of training, with additional support if needed until you're confident working independently.
Pay Rates
- £14.00 per hour (Basic)
- £21.00 per hour (Overtime)
This is an excellent opportunity for new pass Class 2 drivers to gain valuable experience with a supportive team.
