Are you ready to make a real impact in an exciting role? We’re looking for a Branch support Co-ordinator to support our branches by ensuring efficient candidate management, seamless operations, and engaging communication.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our branch staff and central marketing team to deliver high standards and consistent results while driving engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Conduct references, test marking, and lead generation questions as part of the pre-registration process.
  2. Pass pre-registered candidates to the appropriate branch each morning and maintain regular communication to ensure a smooth transition.
  3. Post job advertisements across multiple job boards and act on responses.
  4. Monitor job board performance, including spend and activity, to optimise results and assess success.
  5. Work closely with the central marketing team to deliver engaging digital communication aligned with broader campaigns, brand guidelines, and the company’s tone and style.
  6. The central marketing team will create the content, and you will be responsible for posting and managing it across various platforms. Responsibilities include:
    1. Posting job advertisements.
    2. Promoting DFR brand awareness.
    3. Running competitions.
    4. Sharing updates on legislation, industry news, and relevant facts.
    5. Responding to messages and comments.
  1. Actively manage driver forums by responding to posts and engagement.
  2. Establish direct communication with drivers to build strong connections and maintain a supportive community.
  3. Post job vacancies on the company website and monitor application responses to ensure timely follow-up.
  4. Manage and maintain the client database, starting with an initial cleanup to ensure accuracy.
  5. Regularly update the database to support efficient operations and client communication.
